Warm Herbed Potato Salad with Feta

Ingredients
- 6 oz. Président® Crumbled Feta
- 2 lb. Tri-Color Fingerling Potatoes
- 1/2 cup Basil, chopped fine
- 1/2 cup Parsley, chopped fine
- 2 tbs Fresh Rosemary, chopped fine
- 1/4 cup Olive Oil
- Salt and Pepper, to taste
- 1 tbs Sherry Vinegar
Directions
1. Wash the potatoes and coat with olive oil. Roast in a 350° oven until tender. Cool and cut into bite-size pieces.
2. Place potatoes in a bowl and add the chopped herbs, oil, vinegar, salt and pepper.
3. Toss gently and transfer to serving dish, sprinkle with Président® Feta.
