Ingredients
- 1/2 cup Président® Fat Free Feta
- 8 tbs Red Wine Vinaigrette
- 4 oz. Firm Tofu, diced
- 1/2 cup Red Bell Pepper, diced
- 1/8 cup Kalamata Olives, sliced
- 4 oz. Canned Artichoke Hearts, quartered
- 8 cups Mixed Salad Greens
Directions
Combine tofu, red bell pepper, kalamata olives, artichoke hearts, and Président® Fat Free Feta.
Toss with red wine vinaigrette.
Place 2 cups mixed greens each into 4 salad bowls.
Portion and top Italian tofu mixture into each bowl.
Serve with low fat pita chips if desired.
