Spinach Artichoke French Bread Pizza

Ingredients
- 12 oz. Sorrento® Fresh Mozzarella, sliced
- 1 loaf French Bread, sliced
- 3 tbs Garlic, minced
- 10 oz. Frozen Spinach, drained
- 4 Marinated Artichoke Hearts, quartered
- 2 Marinated Red Peppers, drained
- 3 tbs Fresh Basil Leaves, minced
Directions
1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
2. Slice French bread lengthwise in half.
3. Brush bread with garlic olive oil, add spinach, artichokes & red pepper strips.
4. Slice and add Fresh Mozzarella cheese.
5. Place on baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes.
6. Remove from oven and sprinkle fresh basil on top.
7. Slice bread into desirable portions and serve.
