Ingredients
- 12 oz. Sorrento® Fresh Mozzarella, shredded
- 8 oz. Sorrento® Ricotta
- 20 slices Baguette Bread
- 2 cups Sliced Hot Peppers, drained
- 1 tbs Fresh Parsley, minced
- 3 tbs Parmesan (Grated)
- 1/4 cup Olive Oil
- 1 Egg
Directions
1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
2. Mix ricotta Cheese, egg, parsley, and Parmesan cheese together in bowl. Set aside.
3. Place baguette slices on baking sheet. Brush with olive oil.
4. Spread 1 tsp. Ricotta mixture on baguettes.
5. Add 3 slices hot pepper on each, top with shredded Sorrento® Fresh Mozzarella cheese.
6. Bake at 400 degrees F for 15-20 minutes and serve hot.
