Foccacia and Roast Pork Sandwiches
- 2 lb. Roasted Pork Loin, thinly sliced
- 8 oz. rondelĂ©Â® by PrĂ©sidentÂ® Toasted Onion Cheese Spread
- 1 Sweet Yellow Pepper, thinly sliced
- 1 Red Pepper, thinly sliced
- 1 Red Onion, thinly sliced
- 1 loaf Foccacia Bread
- 2 tbs Butter
Preheat oven to 350Â° F. Heat butter over medium-high heat. Add onions and cook until translucent, approximately 3-4 minutes. Add both red and yellow peppers and sautĂ© for 10 minutes, stirring constantly until the onions are light brown. Set aside.
Cut foccacia into squares approximately 3â€ťx2.â€ť Slice squares in half horizontally to make a top and a bottom bun. Layer roast pork on bottom slice. Spread 2 Tablespoons rondelĂ©Â® Toasted Onion gourmet spreadable cheese to the top half of the bun. Place 1 generous Tablespoon of the onion mixture on top of the cheese. Bake for 3-4 minutes until warm. Serve immediately.
